We accept returns on unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of receiving your order. Some products, such as personalized or intimate items, are not eligible for return.

Return Process
To begin a return, please contact our customer service team to get a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without an RA number may not be accepted.

Once we receive the returned item, we’ll inspect it and process your refund if it meets the return criteria. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, though they may be adjusted for restocking fees, return shipping, or taxes.

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, contact customer service to start the exchange. Availability may vary, and you may need to pay any price difference or shipping fees.

Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error, return shipping costs are your responsibility. Please use a trackable service for secure returns.
